Terms Initial Consultation Agreement
Terms and conditions applied to this initial consultation

The RCIC assigned to this initial inquiry will be identified by name and license number.
The Client is seeking the professional consultation and advice of the IRCC rules and regulations.
The purpose of the consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow full analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, consultation fees and costs.
The services to be provided under this Agreement are limited to a single consultation on the matter described above.
RCIC will not provide any further information or advice to the Client unless the Client and RCIC have expressly agreed to a continuation in respect of this or other matters in a separate written agreement relating to such other matters which has been entered into by the Client and RCIC .
This agreement does not oblige RCIC to act on behalf of the Client in any request or proceeding.
In the event Client requires further advice or representation from RCIC after this initial consultation, Client must sign a separate retention agreement with RCIC.
Initial consultations can be provided via email, in person, or virtually via phone, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom, or similar platform.
The consultation will have a maximum duration of 50 minutes, but, in any case, it will not exceed 1 hour, unless expressly agreed between the Client and the RCIC.
All parties agree to attend the meeting with reasonable punctuality.
Any change or absence communicated less than one (1) hour in advance will be considered as a no-show.
The first absence will be penalized with 50 dollars and the subsequent ones will be penalized with the total charge of the fee paid for the initial consultation.
The Client is required to pay a consultation fee in advance for the initial consultation with the consultant.
The fees will be credited to the account designated by the RCIC.
The amount of this initial consultation fee will be informed to the Client in a confirmation email.
The Client is entitled to a refund of any unearned fees under this agreement, unless the aforementioned penalties apply.
For the avoidance of doubt, fees will be accrued by RCIC immediately after the commencement of the provision of professional advice.
Fees earned under this contract are non-refundable.
The client must provide the RCIC with the information and documentation required to make the inquiry.
The client must be accurate and honest and must inform RCIC of all information, even if negative or adverse, that may be relevant to the advice provided by RCIC in this matter.
Failure to fully disclose any relevant information to RCIC will impact the advice given by RCIC and may void this Agreement, or seriously affect the outcome of the Client's application or the retention of any status the Client may obtain.
The advice provided by RCIC to the Client is based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the date of inquiry where relevant.
RCIC is not responsible for any changes in legislation or government policy that may affect the processing of any subsequent Customer request.
The RCIC will provide consulting services to the Client under the standard of a competent professional member of the College.
RCIC does not guarantee that it can help the Client achieve their business, educational, employment or immigration goals.
RCIC is obliged to preserve the Client's confidentiality and secrets.
This professional obligation exists to encourage honest and complete communication between the Client and RCIC.
All information and documentation provided by the Client and reviewed by RCIC will not be disclosed to any third party, except RCIC agents and employees, without prior consent, except as required by law.
This Agreement and its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please note that RCIC is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College), and as such is bound by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants Act, the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, and the Citizenship Law.

By signing acknowledge the online booking consultation, you understand that that would be your Initial Consultation Agreement and  you indicate that you agree to these terms, by which you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth above in this Initial Consultation Agreement.

Cualquier cambio o ausencia comunicada con menos de una (1) hora de antelación será considerada como no-show.
La primera ausencia será penalizada con 50 dólares y las siguientes serán penalizadas con el cargo total de la tarifa pagada por la consulta inicial.
El Cliente debe pagar una tarifa de consulta por adelantado para la consulta inicial con el consultor.
Las cuotas serán acreditadas a la cuenta designada por el RCIC.
El monto de esta tarifa de consulta inicial será informado al Cliente en un correo electrónico de confirmación.
El Cliente tiene derecho al reembolso de cualquier tarifa no devengada en virtud de este acuerdo, a menos que se apliquen las sanciones antes mencionadas.
Para evitar dudas, los honorarios serán devengados por RCIC inmediatamente después del comienzo de la prestación de asesoramiento profesional.
Las tarifas obtenidas en virtud de este contrato no son reembolsables.
El cliente deberá proporcionar al RCIC la información y documentación requerida para realizar la consulta.
